Following her participation at the United Nations, Martina Le Gall Maláková, President of IIC, had the honor of speaking at the Universal Women’s Leadership Forum held at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. She shared the panel with Cindy Gamassa and Dipty Chander, where they discussed the pivotal role of new technologies in advancing women’s leadership.
During the forum, she emphasized the transformative impact of digital advancements in empowering women and driving forward the agenda for gender equality in leadership roles. She also highlighted various projects that IIC is currently implementing or has completed, including HCP-BO, DIT-EU, Robotwin, Interreg Rebuilt, FactoRIS, Change2Twin, and many others. The exchange of ideas and insights was both inspiring and motivating, reinforcing the critical importance of supporting women as they navigate and lead in the tech landscape.
